Position Description: Work with Salesand Operations teams to create compelling visual stories that communicateconstruction means, methods, logistics, sequencing, safety planning, andproject vision through advanced 3D modeling, rendering, animation, and digitalmedia production. This role bridges Virtual Design & Construction (VDC),construction operations, and marketing/pursuit strategy to produce high-impactvisuals for clients, project teams, business development efforts, and executivepresentations.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-end renderings, animations, and visual storytelling content for pursuits, preconstruction, logistics, safety planning, and client presentations.
  • Develop construction phasing animations and site logistics visualizations.
  • Produce cinematic walkthroughs and flythroughs using Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, Lumion, Enscape, or similar platforms.
  • Build and maintain high-quality 3D environments from Forma Design, Revit, SketchUp, Navisworks, and related BIM/VDC platforms.
  • Translate construction means and methods into clear visual communication tools.
  • Collaborate with operations, superintendents, estimators, VDC teams, and business development staff to create compelling project narratives.
  • Support marketing and proposal efforts through graphics, video editing, motion graphics, and branded visual content.
  • Create visual assets for owner presentations, community outreach, safety planning, and executive storytelling.
  • Develop visual standards, templates, libraries, and workflows for rendering and animation production.
  • Stay current with emerging AEC visualization technologies including real-time rendering, VR/AR, AI-assisted visualization, and interactive presentation platforms.
  • Assist project teams in communicating sequencing, temporary works, crane studies, logistics planning, and safety strategies visually.
  • Understand potential value and assist in deploying innovative VDC tools in a controlled environment and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited degree program in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) or related technology, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred, with minimum of 4 years of related experience or in a related role, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
  • Able to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and specifications related to VDC.
  • Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Ability to transform technical construction information into compelling visual narratives.
  • Strong sense of composition, lighting, materials, cinematography, and pacing.
  • Experience supporting construction pursuits or business development efforts.
  • Familiarity with drone imagery, photogrammetry, LiDAR, or reality capture workflows.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine, VR/AR workflows, or interactive visualization platforms.
  • Portfolio demonstrating architectural visualization, animation, or construction storytelling work.
  • Ability to develop specialized solutions and anticipate challenges, risks, and opportunities
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, able to engage in collaborative professional and technical dialogue with stakeholders, and ability to tailor communications for non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, able to manage competing demands, meet deadlines and commitments
  • Able to review/assess work, provide feedback, and prioritize responsibilities for self and others that are not direct reports
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office suite of applications, collaboration tools,
  • Advanced proficiency in BIM based computer applications (e.g., Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Revit, Autodesk Forma (ACC), AutoCAD; similar BIM authoring/management tools)
  • Proficiency with animation software (e.g., Lumion, Twin Motion), Adobe (e.g., Design Studio) desired, and programming
    language (e.g., Unreal and Unity) experience a plus
  • Familiar with Reality Capture workflows (e.g., Autodesk ReCap, 3D point cloud)
  • Able to work in a collaborative and interdisciplinary team environment
  • Familiar with continuous improvement culture, concepts, principles, methods, and tools
  • Travel as required
