We are seeking a highly skilled Regrello Technical Lead / Senior Engineer to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of Regrello workflow orchestration solutions. This role will be responsible for architecting scalable business process automation solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and providing technical leadership for Regrello platform deployments.

Regrello is an AI-native workflow orchestration platform used to coordinate people, processes, documents, and systems across complex operational workflows, particularly within manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and operational environments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong workflow automation expertise, enterprise integration experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams through implementation and operationalization efforts.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Serve as the technical lead for Regrello platform implementations and enhancements.
  • Define solution architecture, integration strategies, and technical standards.
  • Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.

  • Mentor developers, analysts, and administrators supporting the platform.

Regrello Solution Design

  • Design scalable workflow orchestration solutions using Regrello.

Platform Configuration & Development

  • Configure and maintain Regrello workflow automation capabilities.
