• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and mental health evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to diagnose, treat, and support clients struggling with a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Provide psychoeducation and coping strategies to clients and their families, emphasizing strategies to enhance well-being and promote positive lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and social workers, sharing insights to develop cohesive care plans and ensure a continuum of care.
• Maintain meticulous records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, including treatment notes, billing documentation, and progress reports.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives, participating in internal evaluations and contributing to enhanced clinical practices and patient care outcomes.

As a part of Right Perception Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele from Springfield, Illinois, and surrounding areas. Our clients encompass various backgrounds and age groups, requiring you to employ a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs. The ability to connect with clients facing unique challenges will be essential in facilitating effective treatment and promoting lasting therapeutic relationships.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering empathetic and effective interactions with clients and teammates.
• A track record of professionalism with no history of disciplinary actions on your license.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services, including proficiency in using telehealth technologies and platforms.
• Prior experience working in an outpatient setting, particularly with clients experiencing chronic mental health conditions.
• Knowledge of local community resources and support networks that could benefit our clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, including opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
