Introduction
This position involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade workflow orchestration solutions using Temporal. The Temporal Consultant will be responsible for migrating legacy BPM/workflow implementations, developing durable workflow patterns, implementing integrations, and ensuring resilient execution across distributed systems.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze legacy workflow platforms and identify migration patterns
  • Design, develop, and maintain Temporal workflows, activities, and orchestration patterns
  • Lead migration of legacy BPM/workflow solutions to Temporal, including workflow analysis and conversion
  • Support workflow versioning, resiliency, and long-running process execution
  • Build and support integrations with APIs, event streams, databases, and enterprise applications
  • Develop reusable workflow frameworks, adapters, and accelerators to improve delivery speed and consistency
  • Create unit, integration, and workflow validation tests
  • Execute testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of workflow solutions
  • Support deployment, observability, CI/CD, and production stabilization of Temporal-based applications
