The Department of Social Sciences is looking for a hardworking and motivated student to work as an office assistant for the Fall 2026 term.
Responsibilities*
As the front point person to our office, you will greet guests, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, process printing, and copy requests for faculty and staff, create flyers and social media posts, sort mail, and other office duties.
Required Qualifications*
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong technology skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Must be a current Work Study student

Desired Qualifications*
  • Experience working in an academic setting
  • Experience working with confidential material
  • Experience in event planning
  • Experience with social media

Modes of Work
