Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Temp-to-Hire | Full Benefits Upon Hire | Commission Opportunities

Our client, a growing collections and accounts receivable company, is seeking a Client Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact for business clients while helping grow and strengthen customer relationships.

Pay & Benefits
  • $15.00 per hour during the first 90-day temporary period

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account support.
  • Prepare and deliver service quotes and pricing information.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and generate additional business.
  • Maintain accurate account records and customer communications.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while representing the company in a professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in customer service, account management, client relations, collections, or a similar professional office environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Professional verbal and Written communication skills
  • Experience working with vendors and business clients preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
