We seek an experienced, customer-oriented, and ambitious HVAC Installer for our Sterling Installation Department. This opportunity is for candidates seeking to advance their career and income. Candidates with strong work ethic, problem-solving, and customer service skills have the potential for Branch Management, Regional Management, and beyond.
As a United Air Temp Experienced HVAC Installer, I will receive:
  • Paid training and required certifications/licenses
  • United Air Temp vehicle, gas card, and cell phone
  • Daily technical and leadership training
  • Mentorship and guidance from leaders who started with no experience - 100% of United Air Temp's leaders started as trainees, including the CEO

What skills do I need to be a successful Experienced HVAC Installer?
  • Ability to work with your hands, lift 70-100 lbs, work in small spaces or attics when necessary
  • Experienced with the ability to install Residential HVAC systems
  • Strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and a can-do attitude to ensure that every customer experience is exceptional
