CLASSIFICATION: Part-time, Temporary

COMPENSATION Starting at $15.00 Per Hour, DOE

POSITION SUMMARY: Redstone Residential seeks hardworking and reliable temporary workers to assist with a variety of tasks based on the needs of each property. Temporary Turns Helpers may be assigned to groundskeeping, cleaning, driving, maintenance, cleaning checks, or other basic duties as assigned. This position requires adaptability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform assigned tasks such as groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or other property-related duties
  • Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the property, including trash removal and cleaning checks
  • Support maintenance team with repairs and unit turnovers as needed
  • Drive company vehicles or equipment if required (subject to applicable licensing)
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
  • Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed as needed
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with residents and staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license may be required for driving roles
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
