Start Date: Immediately

Hourly Rate: $18 per hour

The Role

This position is responsible for supporting the effective operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. The ideal candidate will ensure that all goods are handled with care and in compliance with safety and company standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately receives, processes and stocks inbound shipments from sites
  • Accurately picks, packs, and fulfills outbound shipments
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of items for easy access and retrieval, according to established guidelines
  • Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by closely monitoring security procedures and protocols in line with industry standard and client requirements.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet operational goals
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math skills for inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with Scanforce, or other comparable enterprise level CRM systems
  • Familiarity with FedEx, UPS and/or DHL software
  • General computer & technology literacy.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • Proven problem-solving skills in a dynamic workplace
  • Not have been convicted of any felony and any federal, state, or local laws relating to wholesale or retail prescription drug distribution of controlled substances

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:

  • Hazardous Materials Shipping certification preferred
  • Forklift certification preferred
