Description

Company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Direct Mail Coordinator to support their marketing operations team. This role is primarily administrative, focused on managing data, coordinating mail campaigns, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the direct mail process. Key Responsibilities -Maintain and manage Excel files used for tracking direct mail campaigns, lists, and schedules -Pull and prepare Personal Identification (PID) lists from internal databases based on criteria such as location and targeting requirements -Prepare and send campaign files to external printing vendors -Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on mailing data, files, and outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness -Coordinate with external partners, including print vendors and mail distribution companies, to support campaign execution -Monitor and follow established processes for routine, recurring mail campaigns -Keep records organized, up to date, and easily accessible

Pay and Benefits
