Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Temporary Assignment Through End of Year
Onsite | The Woodlands, TX
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading organization in The Woodlands, Texas to identify an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary assignment expected to run through the end of the year. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiter with expertise in the electric fracking and energy industry who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This position will support recruiting efforts for the company's Evolution line of business and requires a recruiter who can quickly establish credibility with hiring leaders while managing a diverse portfolio of technical and operational positions.
Compensation
$75,000 - $90,000 annualized salary equivalent (based on experience)
Location & Schedule
  • 100% Onsite in The Woodlands, TX
  • Monday-Friday
  • Standard business hours with flexibility as business needs require
Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting activities across various disciplines, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. This role requires a proactive recruiter capable of balancing multiple priorities while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance
  • Support hiring for the Evolution line of business
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess qualified candidates
  • Develop recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill technical and operational positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Build talent pipelines and leverage multiple sourcing channels
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders
  • Track recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress
Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Senior-level recruiting expertise preferred
  • Electric Fracking industry recruiting experience required
  • Proven ability to recruit for technical, operational, and field-based positions
  • Experience managing an average requisition load of 25-30 openings
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Applicant Tracking System experience
Preferred
  • Recruiting experience within energy, oil & gas, power generation, or related industries
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
