Familiarity with tools like SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Profiler, backup and recovery utilities, and certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate are highly beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential soft skills for addressing urgent issues and collaborating with IT teams.
