Join a locally founded children's footwear company whose products are sold by major retailers around the world! If you enjoy helping customers and want to be part of a friendly, fast-paced team, this is a great opportunity to gain experience with a growing company during a short-term assignment.
 
This established online retailer is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team for a 2-week temporary assignment. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and online chat while supporting the team with light administrative tasks.
 
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time (2-Week Assignment)
 
Job Duties:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Respond to customer emails and online chat inquiries
  • Provide product, order, and account information to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems
  • Perform light administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document organization
  • Work with team members to resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism and customer service
