Job description

Customer Coordinator Responsibilities

5.1.1     Create work orders for Record Management customers.

5.1.2     Create work orders on a daily basis for shredding.

5.1.3     Coordinates paperwork for “Office Purges” with the Data Storage warehouse.

5.1.4     Creates work orders to pull “Tapes” as required.

5.1.5     Completes “Change Orders” or “Stat Orders” as required by customers on a daily basis.

5.1.6     Ensure that all changes to the shredder schedule are clearly noted and the appropriate personnel have been notified including the Dispatcher/Driver.

5.1.7     Process work order and paper work for walk in customers.

5.1.8     Maintain all required data records.

5.1.9     Assign Destruction Bins to customer locations. Ensure they are located to meet the customer’s requirements.

5.1.10  Develop and implement a schedule for on site shredding.

5.1.11  Supervise, monitor and provide guidance to temporary employees assigned to data entry.

5.1.12  Ensure that new client’s accounts are properly set up and maintained.

5.1.13  Submits reports as required in a timely manner.

5.1.14  Completes all filing daily.

5.1.15  Provide support to Accounts Receivable on an as needed basis, promptly and professionally.

5.1.16  Provide superior levels of service to all customers.
