Task Force Temp Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Location: Traveling this is not in Fort Lauderdale.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Task Force Temporary Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our restaurant team in Ft Lauderdale, FL. This is a temporary leadership role designed to support and drive operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction during a critical period. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
