Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Service coordinator to oversee national service accounts, lead customer service operations, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires a strong background in service and the ability to coordinate and follow through from beginning to completion of service order.
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with strong knowledge of service, maintenance, installation coordination, and client account management.
  • Experience within a service-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of national service account management and multi-location project coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to analyze pricing, margins, and profitability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including professional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build strong client and vendor relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and related business software applications such as Epicor. Must be able to work in Excel.
  • Ability to follow company procedures and effectively utilize internal resources to complete service requests efficiently and accurately.
