Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to work onsite in Norfolk, VA. The helpdesk analyst provides first-line IT support in person and over the phone. The daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing access, and tracking tickets via management systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
