SummaryThe Engineer for Maintenance Team will be responsible for troubleshooting and programming robot application, conveyor system, equipment and process/equipment monitoring systems.Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)Preventive Maintenance:Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes.Create and manage maintenance activities in the SAP system.Design and implement maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.Perform regular inspections, lubrication, calibration, and adjustments on machinery and equipment.Identify potential issues and conduct proactive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.Analyze machine downtime logs on a daily basis and develop plans to reduce downtime (MTTR).Create and implement plans to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).Troubleshooting and Repair:Diagnose and repair faults in machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical components.Conduct a thorough analysis of machine failures and prepare detailed failure reports.Provide both temporary and permanent solutions to the technician team for machine failures.Respond swiftly to machine failures to minimize production downtime.Perform corrective and emergency repairs to restore equipment to full functionality.Oversee maintenance and repairs across three types of production lines.Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in production efficiency and equipment performance.Implement modifications to enhance machine reliability, improve performance, and reduce costs.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize processes.
