Temporary | Registered Nurse

Schedule:

Position includes working Every other weekend and every other holiday.

Available Shifts:

  1. 10:00pm-6:30am (64 hours in a 2 week pay period)

Pay Range: $38.51 - $48.13 per hour (based on experience)

*Same Day Pay Available*

  1. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
  2. Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring for effectiveness and resident response

Qualifications:

Education Required:

  1. Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
  2. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing

Experience Required:

  1. Minimum one year of nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living settings
  2. Extensive experience in Memory care.
  3. With excellent communication skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
  2. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  3. Demonstrated clinical judgment, integrity, and professionalism
  4. Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
  5. Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
  6. Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
