Our client is looking for a staffing manager who can work in a fast-paced team environment, connecting candidates to companies in need of various levels of Administrative, Professional & Light Industrial Temp-to-Hire, Temporary, and Direct Hire personnel.
Talent Acquisition Manager Duties:
  • Identify & qualify top talent by interviewing, testing & referencing job seekers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Snelling's well-established clientele
  • Own the order fulfillment process from initial job requisition to candidate assignment start
  • Coordinate onboarding between client & candidate
  • Must be able to Multi-task & maintain sense of urgency & attention to detail

Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements:
  • College Degree required
  • 1-2 years related work experience in Sales or Industrial customer service
  • Ability to build & maintain internal & external business relationships
