Pay Rate: $23/HR Weekly Pay


Schedule: Rotating 12-hour (ABCD) schedule. 6A-6P when on days, 6P-6A when on nights

Entry point into Georgia Pacific operations with conversion potential when roles open

  • Manage inbound/outbound trucks using the computerized WinScale system
  • Keep warehouse and trailer levels on track by directing shuttle drivers
  • Record weigh receipts for shipments and recycling fiber loads
  • Monitor inventory levels in the Woodyard and Recovered Fiber areas
  • Support safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance every day

Required Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Experience with inventory and yard management in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for cost optimization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and maintain positive carrier/vendor relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving under pressure.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience accessing and navigating databases

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of transportation logistics (freight, trucking, rail, intermodal, carrier operations).
  • Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), ERP, and shipment tracking software.
  • Scale Operator or Scale House experience
  • Dispatcher
