We are looking for a talented individual to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the Assistant Director of Analytics and Programming in Career Development & Professional Engagement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects and initiatives, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic university environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting, providing insights to improve career development programs.
  • Support the development and implementation of career-related events and workshops.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director to create engaging content for career-focused platforms.
  • Help manage and update career-related resources and materials.
  • Provide administrative support for the department, including email correspondence and document management.
  • Assist with research and data collection for career development initiatives.
  • Liaise with other university departments to ensure smooth collaboration on career-related projects.
  • Offer support and guidance to students and alumni seeking career advice.
  • Maintain and update records and databases related to career development activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
