Job description

What You'll Do

As a Precision Electronics Assembler, you'll work alongside experienced technicians and supervisors to assemble, inspect, test, and support the production of electronic products that meet strict quality standards.

Assembly & Production

  • Assemble electronic components, wiring harnesses, subassemblies, and finished products according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Perform precision assembly tasks using hand tools and specialized equipment.
  • Learn and perform soldering techniques under supervision and training.
  • Support the assembly of high-quality military-grade electronic products.
  • Operate assembly equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain production quality and accuracy while meeting established standards.

Inspection & Quality

  • Conduct visual inspections of completed assemblies.
  • Identify defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns.
  • Assist with documenting production activities and inspection results.
  • Help ensure all products meet customer and company quality requirements.

Testing & Troubleshooting

  • Learn to use multimeters and electronic testing equipment.
  • Assist with testing completed products and assemblies.
  • Support troubleshooting and repair activities when needed.
  • Verify completed work through inspection and testing procedures.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with trainers, supervisors, and team members during onboarding and skill development.
  • Follow established safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Progress toward independently performing assembly tasks after successful completion of training.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work carefully with small components and precision tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in manufacturing, assembly work, electronics, or technical trades.

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experience may be helpful:

  • Assembly or manufacturing experience.
  • Soldering experience.
  • Experience using hand tools or small precision tools.
  • Experience working in production environments.
  • Basic familiarity with electronics or electrical equipment.
  • Experience performing quality inspections.
