Precision Assembler J accurately assembles intricate components and product while adhering to quality standards and meeting production targets.
Are You Looking To:
- Have primary responsibility is to assemble intricate precise components or products according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Perform precision assembling, aligning, or adjusting within very tight tolerances.
- Follow schematics and specification documents to complete measuring, fitting, wiring, circuit boards and soldering of components to assemble units.
- Use standard hand and power tools, and precision measuring tools such as micrometers, and dial calipers.
- Perform inspection of parts. Record and interpret data for process control charts as required.
- Perform set-ups, adjustments, and maintenance of machines and/or equipment.
- Pay attention to details and expertise in precision assembly techniques will ensure the production of high-quality products.
- Observe established safe working and housekeeping procedures. Promptly correct and/or notify Manager of hazardous situations.
Are You Ready To:
- Participate in and take proactive roles in ISO, AS9100, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for problem prevention, corrective action, identification and solution verification.
- Assume other projects and responsibilities from time to time as directed.
- Have regular and predictable attendance is presumed to be an essential function of all employment.
- Report to Production Supervisor and have contact with internal and external customers and co-workers.
- Operate a variety of equipment to assemble products and produce products to conform to engineering drawings, assembly documentation, and quality required. Perform set-ups/adjustments.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be J standard certified (Solder).
- Previous manufacturing experience or specialized training preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

- Compensation range of $20.40 to $23.90 hourly. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
