  • Education Required: Currently enrolled in a 4-year Computer Science, Data Engineering, Systems and Computer Engineering or related degree program and have completed at least 2 years
  • Must be fluent in Power BI, MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
  • Self-motivated and execute tasks with an attention to detail
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills and be comfortable presenting information in front of groups
  • Able to work in a highly organized manner where detail, accuracy, confidentiality, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines are critical
  • Knowledge of and practical experience with data analysis and SQL databases
  • A passion for problem-solving using technology
  • A self-starter who can conceptualize, design, and develop solutions for a wide range of problems
  • Work with the Continuous Improvement team to drive data-based business initiatives
  • Support Continuous Improvement initiatives on site 
  • Update and create Power BI dashboards to drive equipment reliability and uptime
  • Hands on and practical experience with Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Azure platforms
  • Hands on and practical experience with SQL, DAX, Power Query M, and REST APIs
  • Work in cross functional teams from quality, safety, and paper making to drive department initiatives
  • Work with vendors supplying high level services in all these areas
  • Interact with Operators who run our assets
  • Exposure to several first Quartile Assets in the Tissue Manufacturing business
