Job Description:

Fenwick is seeking Patent Agents with two or more years of patent prosecution experience.Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or Physics, or equivalent experience, preferably an M.S. or higher.

Candidates should have passed the patent bar and possess excellent academic credentials, a strong technological background, and superior oral, written, and interpersonal skills. This role is well-suited for patent agents who are eager to deepen their training, gain exposure to sophisticated work, and advance their careers in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment.

This position may be located in our Silicon Valley (preferred), Boston, New York, Seattle, or Washington, DC offices.

The anticipated range for this position is:

$112,500 - 250,000 USD

Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
