Payrate: $23/hr.
Duration: 6 months.
Duties:
Onsite Role- Local candidates only Temp to perm potential- based on attendance/performance Laptop provided 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday Will work on a small team- 1 other mailroom admin and manager Unpaid onsite parking available ย  Job Summary:ย  ย  Printing, folding, stuffing envelopes Open, sort and scan incoming mail Scanning, saving, filing documents Stocking paper Opening & Sorting through returned mail Other misc. office tasks Data entry heavy role- enters data for returned mail (about half of day will be spent with this task)

Skills: Qualifications: ย  Extremely detail oriented Fast pace work style Uses time efficiently Checks for mistakes Intermediate level concepts, principles and practices of providing administrative support.ย  Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, File Explorer, Adobe Typing speed 40 WPM Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
