Job description

The Part-Time Temporary Administrative Coordinator provides hands-on support with high-volume printing, document preparation, and outbound mailing. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing repetitive, time-sensitive tasks in an office environment, 

This role will be located in either Blue Bell, Pennsylvania or South Jordan, Utah working 20 hours per week onsite for approximately 3 months


  • Print documents, packets, labels, and materials according to provided specifications.  
  • Prepare mailings, including sorting, collating, folding, binding, and assembling materials.  
  • Coordinate receipt of mail from employees and/or government agencies, ensuring timely receipt and notification to leadership. 
  • Manage outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS or internal mail services) ensuring items are properly packaged and sent on schedule.  
  • Communicate restock needs for printing and mailing supplies (paper, ink, envelopes, labels, etc.).   
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on printers, copiers, and mailing equipment.  
  • Keep workspace organized and ensure confidentiality of all printed or mailed documents.  
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by leadership. 
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. 
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned. 
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • 1 -2 years of prior administrative or office support experience.  
  • Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks.

  • Basic computer skills (e.g., downloading files, sending print jobs, simple data entry).  
  • Ability to lift and move boxes of documents or supplies (typically up to ~25 lbs).  
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work fully on-site for the duration of the assignment.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

  • Ability to lift and move boxes of documents or supplies (typically up to ~25 lbs).  
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. 
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. 
  • Exposure to moderate noise intensity expected. 
  • Proximity to heavy rolling containers or machinery expected. 
  • No adverse environmental conditions expected. 

Base compensation is $25.00 per hour. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. 

Nonexempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given week, or as otherwise required by applicable state law.
