Warehouse Worker
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity | $17.00/hr Starting Pay

Adecco is hiring Warehouse Workers for a hands-on opportunity supporting warehouse operations through picking, packing, inventory handling, and shipping activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Overtime: Overtime possible until 5:00 PM and some Saturdays
Pay: $17.00/hr to start
➤ Increase to $17.50/hr after 30 days with strong performance and attendance
Type: Temp-to-hire with long-term potential

Job Duties:

• Picking and packing orders
• Packaging products for shipment
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Using an RF scan gun to track inventory and pick orders
• Moving freight, stock, and materials throughout warehouse areas
• Reading work orders and following instructions
• Labeling containers and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Supporting additional warehouse duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for 8+ hours per day
• Frequent walking throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks

Dress Code / Work Environment:

• Steel-toe shoes, long pants, and long-sleeve shirt required
• This is not a temperature-controlled facility, so temperatures may be warm during summer months

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0–2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
