Packer / General Labor | $18.00 per hour | 6:00am – 4:30pm Mon-Thurs| Brunswick, Ohio

· Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm; Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm; occasional Saturdays, 6:00am to 11:00am as needed

Job Description
Join a growing manufacturing team as a Packer / General Labor associate and support daily production needs in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is a very physical position that requires standing all day, lifting consistently, bending, reaching, and performing various general labor duties throughout the shift. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, a strong attendance record, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a production setting.

Responsibilities:
· Pack, sort, stage, and move materials throughout the manufacturing area
· Perform various general labor duties to support production needs
· Lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift
· Stand for long periods while completing repetitive production tasks
· Bend down, reach up, and retrieve materials from bins as needed
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
· Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and production standards
· Support team members and supervisors with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Previous manufacturing experience required; warehouse-only experience will not qualify
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
· Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the entire shift
· Clean background required
· Strong attendance record required
· Ability to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays as needed
· Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow directions
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
