Environment: Cold meat-packingfulfillment area The temperature will be 32 degrees
Equipment: meat packing machines (contractor will be scooping meat into pouchesfor automatic packing, boxing products, scan guns.
Steel Toe Shoes/Boots: Yes, required on day 1.
Day to Day Job Duties: Responsible for managing or performing work associatedwith converting raw materials and components into finished goods, including:
General production manufacturing work
Assembling finished components or parts into finished products
Process manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients, includingmechanical processing (e.g., mixing, grinding, separating, filtering, etc.)
Packaging materials or finished goods into containers for the purpose ofprotection, display, and handling
0-3 Years of Experience. This is a position that is responsible for processingorders through packaging equipment according to specifications notated on ordertickets and within designated demand times. This position is responsible toquickly perform quality assurance checks for product and weight. Basicrequirements include basic mathematical skills, computer skills, productknowledge.
