Location: Mitchellville Iowa
Job Summary:
As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our high-quality food products. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for carefully handling, assembling, and sealing various packaging materials to meet production targets and maintain the integrity of our products. Working Monday to Friday 6am to 430pm (Overtime on Fridays, not always working Fridays however, mandatory when we do).
Key Responsibilities:
- Carefully inspect, assemble, and seal a variety of packaging materials, including boxes, bags, and containers
- Operate packing equipment and machinery with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support the overall production process
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any packaging-related issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards to ensure the delivery of top-quality products
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a packing or packaging role
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, labels, and packaging specifications
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic packaging equipment and machinery
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment

Must pass background check and drug screen
Working Conditions:
This position will be based in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
