Job Title: Architectural Designer (Advanced Facilities & Infrastructure)
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our multi-disciplinary team in delivering state-of-the-art facilities for high-tech and industrial sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, programming, and layout of complex projects, ensuring that architectural designs are seamlessly integrated with engineering and construction requirements. You will utilize advanced BIM workflows to develop unified designs for client review, moving projects from initial concept through to delivery. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong technical foundation in Revit who is ready to take on project leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Technical Integration
• Project Layout: Plan and program detailed layouts for various building types, focusing on functionality and structural integrity.
• Multi-Discipline Coordination: Act as the central point for integrating civil, structural, and MEP engineering elements into a unified architectural design.
• BIM Modeling: Utilize Revit as the primary design tool to create high-fidelity models, construction documents, and integrated project designs.
• Independent Execution: Work independently to execute design tasks based on established project instructions while maintaining alignment with overall project goals.
Collaboration & Project Support
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal architectural and engineering teams to ensure design consistency and technical quality.
• Presentation & Publishing: Use Bluebeam, rendering software, and publishing tools to prepare design packages for client review and approval.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program. A Master's Degree is highly preferred.
• Experience:
oMinimum of 5 years of professional architectural design experience.
oProven experience in planning and programming complex building layouts.
• Technical Mastery:
oHigh proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam.
oExperience with rendering software and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Core Competencies:
oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for team-based coordination.
oStrong organizational skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision when required.
oProject Leadership: Previous experience leading small teams or acting as a task lead is a significant plus.
