Note: This is a temporary role; and requires being onsite daily (Mon - Fri) in our Santa Clara, CA location.
You will...
  • Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks on the functionality of parts and components.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as Manufacturing Engineering or Quality to complete builds on time.
  • Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.
  • Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of job materials.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.

You have...
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to excel in a self-directed work setting and react to changing customer demands.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment
  • High sense of urgency with a focus on maximizing safety, uptime & quality.
  • Eagerness and willingness to grow professionally and learn new skills to advance within the role and company.

At Carbon, we look at the person holistically and carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining salary. The compensation bracket for this position is$26.32 - $37.64 per hour In order to maintain equitable internal pay practices, we aim to hire new employees near the midpoint of $30.29 to $33.32 per hour, taking into account your experience, work location, certifications, and the unique skills you bring to the role. If you are not based in our Redwood City office, the range above will be adjusted for the geographical differential associated with your actual work location.
