TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Wenatchee, Washington, 98801!

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Onsite | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM โ€“ 7:30 AM) | 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide high-quality, compassionate patient care utilizing the nursing process and unit-specific standards of practice
  • Develop, implement, and continually reassess individualized patient plans of care, including physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs
  • Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments while accurately documenting care, assessments, interventions, and patient responses
  • Perform holistic, ongoing patient assessments and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
  • Educate patients, families, and significant others on relevant health information in a timely manner
  • Communicate and collaborate with all members of the healthcare team; delegate appropriately to non-licensed assistive personnel and may float in unit rotation including sitter assignments
Required Qualifications
  • Active Washington State RN licensure or Compact RN licensure
  • Active BLS, NRP, and FHM certifications required
  • Must practice consistently within the guidelines of the Washington Nurse Practice Act and unit-specific standards of practice
  • Adherence to applicable hospital policies and unit standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Prior experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
  • Familiarity with evidence-based obstetric workflows and procedures
