Mitigation Technician / Demolition & Restoration Specialist

Pay: $19-$21 per Hour

What You'll Do

As a Mitigation Technician, you'll work alongside experienced restoration professionals to assess damage, clean affected properties, and support the restoration process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with restoration projects involving water, fire, and smoke damage
  • Inspect damaged properties and document findings for project leads
  • Clean, restore, and pack customer belongings and contents
  • Perform demolition and site cleanup as needed
  • Complete detailed job documentation and work orders
  • Utilize specialized cleaning and restoration equipment
  • Learn industry best practices for upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, and odor removal
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working directly with property owners
What We're Looking For
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to perform physical labor and work in a variety of environments
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
  • Previous restoration, cleaning, construction, moving, or demolition experience is a plus

This is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
