Job description

Our client, a Hedge Fund based in Greenwich, CT area is seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist/Office Coordinator to support their beautiful office. This is a highly visible position, mainly responsible for receptionist duties, kitchen and lunch duties, keeping the office organized, answering all incoming general phone calls and providing administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


JOB DETAILS

Position: Receptionist/Office Coordinator

Location: Greenwich, CT area - fully onsite

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Degree Required

Salary: $80k-$100k base DOE, plus bonus eligible and great benefits!


Responsibilities

  • Greet guests at the front desk
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate scheduling, meeting room logistics, and visitor protocols.
  • Prepare and reset conference rooms after meetings
  • Order general office supplies as needed; keep office supply rooms neat and organized
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Assist with event preparation and support for onsite meetings
  • Serve as a liaison between vendors, building management, and facilities teams.
  • Performs miscellaneous office administrative duties as requested


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with travel and expense management tools
  • Ability to remain composed and resourceful in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organization, time management and follow-through skills required
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
