Job description

Are you a people-oriented individual who enjoys serving others? Do you have experience in food service and find satisfaction in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pleasant dining experience? If so, Mancan has an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently partnering with a company in Wooster that is seeking Dining Hall Attendants/Helpers for part time. This is a temporary-to-hire position, and the right candidate will have the chance to become a permanent employee.
Responsibilities:
-Utilize food serving experience to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience for customers.
-Keep the buffet stocked and clean, maintaining an inviting presentation for diners.
-Ensure the dining room and serving counters are clean and tidy at all times.
-Assist with food preparation to support the kitchen staff.
-Collaborate with other dining floor staff, working in rotation to provide efficient service.
-Display flexibility regarding work hours
-Take responsibility for dishwashing duties as required.
-Willingness to perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
-Must be able to pass a background check to meet company standards.
Hours and Schedule:
-The work schedule will vary on a rotating schedule, and candidates must be available to work on the weekend shift 2pm - 10:30pm.
-All workers are expected to work every other weekend to ensure coverage and support the dining hall operations.
Pay Rate: $15.00/HR
