Are you organized, dependable, and good with details? We’re looking for a Temporary File Clerk to join our team for a 4–6 month project.

You’ll play an important role in helping us transition our records from an alphanumeric filing system to a numeric medical records system, while keeping information accurate, organized, and secure.

What You’ll Do
  • Help convert and reorganize files from an alphanumeric system to a numeric medical records filing system.
  • File, scan, organize, and retrieve member records and documents.
  • Enter and update information accurately.
  • Process incoming and returned mail.
  • Prepare files for storage or shredding.
  • Help with general office and clerical tasks.
  • Support other teams and projects as needed.
  • Ability to work within the contiguous United States (known as the 48 U.S. states that share a border and the District of Columbia. It excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories, such as Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Our Massachusetts based starting hourly rate for this role ranges from $17.00-$21.00 per hour.
