What are Temp Fedex Contingency Drivers?

Temp FedEx Contingency Drivers are temporary employees hired by FedEx to deliver packages during periods of high demand, staff shortages, or other situations where additional drivers are needed. They typically work on a short-term basis and may be called in to cover regular routes or assist during peak seasons. These drivers use company vehicles, follow FedEx delivery procedures, and interact with customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The position requires a valid driver's license, good driving record, and the ability to lift packages, making it ideal for those seeking flexible, short-term work.

Can FedEx drivers make 100k?

FedEx contingency drivers typically do not earn $100,000 annually, as their pay is often based on hourly rates or delivery volume, which usually results in lower annual earnings.
