We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable individual for the part-time, temporary Production Worker position in our Production Department.

As a member of the Production team, you will help create Josh’s Frogs’ extensive line of soils, substrates, supplements, and other dry goods. Primary responsibilities include measuring, mixing, and packaging products. We're looking for candidates who are passionate about creating new products, understand the importance of providing high-quality goods for our customers, don’t mind getting a little dirty, and enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

  • 24 hours per week (Monday through Wednesday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM)
  • This position requires the use of a respirator, as well as completion of respirator fit testing and respirator safety training in accordance with OSHA standards
  • $16.00/hour starting wages
  • Temporary employment (approx. 90 days/three months)

Day-to-Day Duties Include:

  • Measure, Mix, and Package Products: Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Inspect Products for Quality: Review finished goods to verify they meet company specifications before packaging and shipment.
  • Label and Prepare Orders: Accurately label and prepare products for distribution, including FBA and third-party shipments.
  • Maintain Documentation: Record production data, update spreadsheets, and assist in creating or revising SOPs and workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support FBA Fulfillment: Assist with palletizing, labeling, wrapping, and staging shipments, as well as producing items needed to complete orders.
