A Temp Desk is a division within a recruitment agency that specializes in placing temporary workers with clients who need short-term staffing solutions. The Temp Desk manages the entire process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to matching them with suitable temporary assignments based on client requirements. This team ensures that businesses can quickly fill gaps due to staff absences, seasonal demand, or special projects. Temp Desks are crucial for companies that require flexibility and rapid workforce solutions.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, and job board platforms is typically required. Outstanding organizational skills, resilience, and effective communication set top performers apart in managing fast-paced, high-volume workloads.
