We are seeking an outgoing, organized Temp to Hire Front Desk Assistant to help create an exceptional patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping a busy office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with office administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining CRM software records such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Greet and check in patients
  • Answer phones and assist with scheduling
  • Confirm appointments and respond to patient inquiries
  • Process paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with light office and administrative tasks
  • Keep the reception area welcoming and organized

Requirements

  • Must have reliable transportation to go to and from the office
  • Strong communication skills in English with the ability to effectively convey information both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development techniques
  • Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, and customer service is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
