Job Summary
The Charter Club Condominium is seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-service-oriented individual for a Front Desk Associate position. This role is the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk environment, assisting with daily building operations, answering calls, managing access procedures, and conducting routine property walks as required.
The ideal candidate must be organized, dependable, courteous, and comfortable working in a condominium/residential setting.
Responsibilities
Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Monitor the front desk area and maintain a professional appearance at all times
Assist with resident requests and provide general building information
Log visitors, vendors, deliveries, and service providers as required
Follow building access procedures and Association policies
Communicate issues or concerns to Management in a timely manner
Conduct routine property walks/roving of common areas, including lobby, parking areas, amenities, hallways, and exterior areas as directed
Report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns observed during property walks
Assist with packages, deliveries, and administrative tasks as assigned
Maintain daily logs, incident notes, and other front desk records as required
Support Management and building staff with daily operational needs
Qualifications

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to interact respectfully with residents, guests, vendors, and coworkers
