As an Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their brand identity and engaging diverse audiences through impactful creative campaigns.

What You'll Do
  • Concept and collaborate on multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social, email, and print, delivering visually compelling designs aligned with creative strategy.
  • Develop creative concepts and strategies that motivate both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Responsible for ideation, design, and production files for assigned projects.
  • Present conceptual ideas with clarity and confidence to creative leadership, internal clients, and team members, gaining buy-in and alignment.
  • Understand target audiences and tailor creative assets to resonate with their needs and preferences.
  • Partner with copywriters and other creative team members to generate innovative concepts.
  • Collaborate with marketing analysts to interpret campaign data, evaluate performance, and optimize design elements and strategies.
  • Oversee the production and execution of final content.
  • Utilize creative technology tools to optimize talent and resources.
  • Prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with creative director, creative strategists, project managers, business teams, and production teams to create innovative campaigns that generate positive audience results and better business outcomes.

Required Qualifications
  • Experienced professional, with 5-7 years of internal and/or external agency experience as an Art Director.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to review a creative brief and deliver on point.
  • Effective collaboration and concepting skills with copywriters and other team members.
  • Proven creative/marketing design and art direction skills (portfolio required).
  • Knowledge of online marketing, visual design, usability, accessibility, interaction design, brand principles, the creative process, and AI in the workflow.
  • Demonstrated experience across a wide range of channels, including email, online paid media, video, social media, web landing pages, web banners, print, and direct mail.
  • Ability to absorb data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding and application of Legal, Compliance, and applicable ADA requirements.
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve proactively, with a sense of urgency.
  • Effective presentation skills for internal clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to seek and apply direction from creative team leadership.
  • Motivated and resourceful with time management, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Agile ways of working; collaborative and flexible.
  • Expertise with relevant tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Generative AI tools (particularly Adobe Express/FireFly and TypeFace), Workfront, and Figma.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 - 55/hr DOE. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
