What You'll Do
  • Concept and collaborate on multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social, email, and print, delivering visually compelling designs aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Drive the ideation, design, and preparation of production-ready files for assigned projects.

  • Partner seamlessly with copywriters and other creative team members to generate groundbreaking concepts.

  • Oversee the meticulous production and execution of final content across various platforms.

Required Qualifications
  • An experienced professional with 5-7 years of internal and/or external agency experience in a creative leadership role.
  • A strategic thinker capable of reviewing a creative brief and consistently delivering on-point solutions.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in collaboration and concepting with copywriters and diverse team members.
  • Proven creative/marketing design and art direction skills, showcased through a compelling portfolio (required).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of online marketing, visual design principles, usability, accessibility standards, interaction design, brand principles, the creative process, and the integration of AI in workflow.
  • Extensive experience across a wide range of channels, including email, online paid media, video, social media, web landing pages, web banners, print, and direct mail.
  • Ability to absorb complex data and translate insights into actionable creative strategies.
  • Thorough understanding and application of Legal, Compliance, and applicable ADA requirements in design.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
  • Effective presentation skills for engaging internal clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to seek and apply direction from creative team leadership, fostering growth and alignment.
