Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Project Manager to join our team. Our company specializes in providing temporary construction field facilities. Including but not limited to; mobile office buildings, toilets, dumpsters, portable fencing and all the services required to successfully run a construction site. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of facilitating the project including scheduling, coordination, setup, operations, demobilization and budget. The ideal candidate is extremely organized an has a basic knowledge of construction site operations.
Responsibilities 
  • Manage all aspects of the project
  • Coordinate with other construction professionals to determine the specifications of the project
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers
  • Secure necessary permits and licenses. 
  • Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations
  • Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made
  • Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors
  • Be a direct contact to the customer and provide service as needed
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Report on progress
  • Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
Qualifications
  • Previous Project management experience 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Problem solver and self starter 
  • Understanding of construction site operations
  • Basic knowledge of electrical service 
  • Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
