Panel Assembler

Are you an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler looking for a long-term career opportunity? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a valid driver's license and strong assembly experience to join a growing team.

Position Details

  • Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
  • Pay: $24.00–$27.00 per hour
  • Full-Time Schedule
  • Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Read and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
  • Strip, crimp, and terminate wires according to specifications
  • Mount electrical and mechanical components safely and accurately
  • Assemble medium-complexity electro-mechanical control panels and systems independently
  • Perform in-process quality inspections to verify proper wiring, component orientation, and torque requirements
  • Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Minimum of 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly experience
  • Experience with wire stripping, crimping, and component mounting
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and engineering drawings
  • Steel-toed boots required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
