Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Ensure guests are seated with polished silver, sparkling glassware, and crisp linens, contributing to a memorable dining experience.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly, transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area, and assist servers between courses.
  • Maintain service stations by keeping silverware, linens, condiments, salad bars, and beverage bars fully stocked and clean.
  • Set up and maintain specialty beverage bars, including mocktail stations and room service areas where applicable.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including unexpected spills and special guest requests, to maintain health standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Complete all side work assigned to bussers, following detailed work charts to ensure smooth dining operations.
