We are seeking Production Machine Operators to join our high-performing team in Henderson, NC. In this role, you'll operate and change over machinery, ensure product quality, support continuous improvement, and help keep our production lines running safely and efficiently.
Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday rotating schedule
  • Week 1: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Week 2: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

8 hours of overtime per week

  • Use basic computer systems
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance

  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience operating packaging or processing machines (preferred)
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn, grow, and support teammates
  • Experience in high-speed production is a plus
