Communicates effectively with patients and families. Performs duties as assigned by leadership. Adheres to regulatory and professional standards. Coordinates and modifies care for complex patients. Reports near misses and supports performance improvement. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and maintains a safe unit environment. Communicates delays and prioritizes patient-centered care. • Experience with a single service line
• Basic computer proficiency
• Must be flexible and willing to learn all service lines
Education
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active Texas RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
