Reports near misses and supports performance improvement. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and maintains a safe unit environment. Communicates delays and prioritizes patient-centered care. • Basic computer proficiency
• Must be flexible and willing to learn all service lines
Education
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active Texas RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
