Job description

The Ford Agency is looking for a temporary Office Assistant for one of DC's top law firms to start right away! This position will work with the daily operations of the office as well as assist with special events. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous reception and/or conference room services experience to work with a great team at a highly regarded law firm. This is a temporary role scheduled to last for at least 2 months.
Responsibilities Include:
• Assist with logistics and coordination for firm events
• Regularly check common spaces to ensure amenities are accessible and updated
• Assisting with office move, seat assignments, and general workspace planning
• Provide administrative support to various teams for special projects
Qualifications Include:
• Prior office services or events experience
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Canva experience a plus
• Ability to work in-person Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Compensation:
• $22/hr+
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
